Common Ground, a mental health crisis services provider in southeast Michigan, needed help updating its website. Site content was directed at a variety of audiences, but it needed better alignment with the organization’s mission: helping people move from crisis to hope. The Vella Group refreshed the look of the site, restructured navigation and reorganized content to improve overall user experience. These improvements shifted the site’s primary focus to Common Ground’s most important audience — those in crisis who need help.
